HELLS CANYON JET BOAT TOURS

HELLS GATE STATE PARK

Spend a day exploring this picturesque state park located at the entrance to Hells Canyon, the deepest river gorge in North America. Enjoy picnicking, hiking, swimming, and wildlife viewing.

BEACHVIEW PARK

This park in Clarkston offers playgrounds, a basketball court picnic areas with barbecues and Snake river access. It's a great spot for family gatherings and outdoor fun.

Walk or bike along the Lewiston Levee Parkway, which offers beautiful views of the Snake River and the surrounding area.

LEWIS & CLARK DISCOVERY CENTER

The Lewis & Clark Discovery Center features a two acre outdoor interpretive center along the banks of the Snake River. It also has educational displays, a gift shop and an original 32 minute documentary film about Lewis & Clark’s visit to our area.

ASOTIN COUNTY FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER

Cool off on a hot day at this family-friendly aquatic center, which features water slides, pools, and other water attractions.

HIKE WITH SNAKE RIVER VIEWS

Take a hike at Snake River, on this 6.2-mile loop path in Hells Gate State Park. It takes an average of 2 hours and 37 minutes to complete, and is generally regarded as a moderately hard course. Walking, hiking, and birdwatching are all excellent on this trail, and you won't likely run across many other visitors while exploring. The route is lovely to explore at any time of year and is open year-round. Dogs are allowed and in some sections can be off-leash.
