GAS OUTAGE

We would like to provide you with important updates on how we are managing the regional gas outage to ensure your comfort and safety during your stay. 

We understand the challenges this situation may pose, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. We would also like to extend our gratitude to our dedicated Avista staff members who are working tirelessly, even overtime, to resolve this issue promptly.

Waived Cancellation Fees:

In light of the situation, we are waiving cancellation fees for all our guests. If you have any concerns or need to adjust your reservation, please don't hesitate to reach out to our front desk team at (208) 799-1000.

 

Guestroom Heaters:

We want to assure you that our guestroom heaters are electric and unaffected by the gas outage. You can expect a warm and cozy atmosphere in your room throughout your stay.

 

Hot Buffets:

Limited Restaurant Menu:

While our restaurant will have a limited made-to-order menu during this period, we will do our best to offer you delicious options for your dining pleasure. See Limited menu here. 

 

Hot Water Availability:

Unfortunately, there will be no hot water throughout the hotel due to the gas outage. However, we have portable hot showers available in a locker-room style setup for your convenience.

 

Limited Heating in Public Spaces:

Please be aware that our public spaces will have limited heating. We have portable heaters in place to assist, particularly near the front lobby door and restaurant outside entrances. We recommend wearing a jacket in these areas for your comfort.

 

Linens and Towels:

To conserve resources during this time, we kindly request that you reuse your towels whenever possible. Rest assured, we are committed to providing clean linens and will do our best to meet your needs.
